Run the FastR&D software using Molding Process Data

In the Overview of The DEPLOY Process I mentioned:

"We Learn by Doing."

So let us run another project. A Molding Process. 

In early 2020, I was talking with a good friend of mine and coaching and consulting with him on an Injection Molding project(s).

He wanted to get a feel for using the FastR&D D. E. P.L. O. Y. process and its general applicability to a range of plastic processing problems.

During an earlier discussion, he had suggested that I should read an Injection Molding book that he is reading. 

Suhas Kulkarni, Robust Process Development and Scientific Molding: Theory and Practice -Hanser Publications (2017)

It is an excellent book. Our Molding data set is from page 229-250. It is a simple eight experiment data set. I have added a few Additional data points on reproducibility for illustrative purposes.

File 1: Molding Project Description

File 2: Molding Project Definition

File 3: Molding Project Data

That's it. In your FastRnD directory, create a sub directory named "Molding"

Store these three data files.

Run the FastR&D software

To run the FastR&D software, you will need to answer two questions:

Question 1: Enter Project Nickname:    Answer:    Molding

Question 2:  Enter Team Members names:  Answer:  Your name, any other name as needed

Next Step: Upload three data files for the Molding project, in the right order. Verify.

Next Step: Click on "Generate Report"  Wait 30 seconds or so, a Report will be generated. Go to the Menu at the top of the software page and click on Report.
